  I curently own a property that thus so called management property WAS supposedly managing . This place sat empty for over two months and I finally steped in and got ut rented out with in a mater of days . After geting rented my tennant showd up with her own ckeaning supplies and some other smaller items she left on the floor in shopping bags only to return to find her items gone (which i found out later was take by the mgmt companys maintainance guy) and the water service to the house was shut off at their request. I than proceed to call the water dept to have this service turnd back on and when the water dept shiwed up ro turn it on an associate of First Minot Mgmt had called the water dept tekking them to NOT turn it on .. i than as the kegal property owner demanded the water service be turned back on and it was . My tennant than had told me the kitchen faucet was leaking terribly bad so than again had to do the job that the management company had already been paid to do .. duspatch a plumber to fix the problem .. FIRST MINOTS remedy was to shut off the water as the leakage had rang up a $104.00 water bill due to this leaky faucet they had neglected fixing and didnt wanna pay the water bill for their neglegence. So now my tennant gets the water bill for theur neglegence and um seriously thinking about taking this scandalous so called management company to court. This PLACE literaly us the worst management company in Minot seek other rental companys that know what they are doing like More properties .. Imm .. or Signal to name a few ..
